Sebastian, a dog's dog. Actually, he spent the first two years of his life locked in the basement of the home of a mentally ill woman. His only connection with the world was a small rectangular basement window up at the top of the wall, which he couldn't reach. He's an example of the power of the true nature of a dog, overcoming complete oppression. He survived, earned a full scholarship for his education, and now leads a research team struggling to reveal the secrets to life in the forest.
